We do not guarantee that every call will be answered or converted into a customer.

3. No Guarantee of Results

Fast Betty is a communication support tool.

We do not guarantee:

Increased revenue

New customers

Lead conversion rates

Continuous or error-free service

4. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate account and contact information

Configure your phone system correctly (call forwarding, missed call routing, etc.)

Use the service in a lawful manner

Ensure you have the right to receive and process caller information

You are responsible for how you use the information we provide.

5. Fees and Payment

Our service may include:

A monthly subscription fee

Usage-based charges (e.g. per call)

All fees are:

Charged in advance (monthly fees) or as incurred (usage fees)

Non-refundable except where required by law

Payments are processed via third-party providers such as Stripe.

You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancellation stops future billing

You will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period

No refunds are provided for partial billing periods

7. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

The service may be affected by:

Network issues

Third-party providers

Technical faults

We are not liable for missed calls, delays, or service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Fast Betty Media is not liable for:

Loss of revenue

Missed business opportunities

Indirect or consequential losses

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 30 days.

9. Acceptable Use

You must not use the service:

For illegal, fraudulent, or misleading activities

To collect sensitive personal information without proper consent

In a way that harms or disrupts the service

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

10. Data and Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

You acknowledge that:

Caller information may be collected and shared with you

You are responsible for handling that information in compliance with applicable laws

11. Third-Party Services

Our service relies on third-party providers (e.g. telephony, messaging, and payment systems).

We are not responsible for failures or issues caused by these providers.

Continued use of the service means you accept the updated Terms.
